Modern Voyage
Safety statement
Wellbeing support, not emergency care.
This is Modern Voyage’s statement about the limits of the app. It supports everyday wellbeing, reflection and gentle routines. It does not replace healthcare professionals or emergency services.
If you need urgent help
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or seek urgent in-person help. Do not wait for a reply in Modern Voyage.
The app is not a monitored crisis service. Writing a message, saving an entry or receiving an AI reply does not mean that someone is watching or that help has been sent. For a crisis, contact a local crisis service or someone you trust directly.
For health concerns
Modern Voyage does not diagnose, treat conditions, prescribe care or assess whether you are medically safe. Discuss symptoms, health readings and treatment decisions with an appropriate healthcare professional.
A reassuring message, an absent alert or missing device information should not be treated as proof that everything is well. Follow the advice of your healthcare team rather than an app-generated suggestion.
Optional AI guidance
AI can offer ideas for everyday rhythm, meals, reflection and grounding. It is not a person or a clinician, and its suggestions can be mistaken or unsuitable for you.
You can decline a suggestion, stop using AI or choose a different approach. Do not use AI replies to make medical decisions or delay getting help. If an activity makes you feel unwell, stop and seek appropriate advice.
Trusted supporters are not emergency responders
Inviting someone to your support circle does not mean they are continuously available. Messages, reminders, connected-device updates and notifications may be delayed or missed.
Agree with your trusted people on how to reach them directly and what to do when you need urgent help. Modern Voyage is an addition to those arrangements, not a replacement.
