Daily plan and check-in

About the voyage
Michele’s Modern Voyage is a secure, nature-inspired support platform built around a single idea: the person being supported should see encouragement and progress, while their support team sees the detail and decides — deliberately, in words — what is worth sharing back.
If this is your voyage
Your side of the app is entirely qualitative. There is no dashboard of figures to interpret, nothing to compare yourself against, and no scoreboard. There is a plan for today, work you chose to take on, a place to write things down, and rewards you defined yourself.
Today laid out in plain language, step by step, with a simple confirmation that your food plan is sorted — no quantities, no counting.
A private writing space with mood, plus gentle prompts your support team can add for you. Search back through anything you've written.
Goals become quests with milestones, and quests chain into longer adventures. Pause anything and come back — that's a feature, not a failure.
Four reward levels that start completely blank. You and the people you trust fill them in. Nothing to do with food, weight or restriction.
Name your own levels and achievements. Progress comes from what you actually do, and finishing something is worth celebrating.
Your own guide for your support team: what works, what doesn't, and how you'd like to be helped on a hard day.
Take a photo, answer a question or two about how you felt. You see “Meal recorded”. That's all you ever see.
A calm, guided posture check-in. You see whether the photo turned out well — never any measurement taken from it.
If you are part of the team
Invited supporters get a working hub rather than a summary: the numbers, the history, the coordination tools and the analysis needed to help well. What each person can reach depends on their role and on the permissions the primary user switched on for them.
Body composition, sleep and activity from connected devices, with a chart builder for whichever metrics matter this month.
Patterns across every logged source, a personal baseline rather than a population average, and honest flags where data is missing.
A living care plan in sections, assignable tasks with comments, and a follow-up tracker so nothing quietly falls off the list.
Behaviour, hyperphagia, incidents, fluids and food-security checks — structured, timestamped and attributed to whoever recorded them.
Shift handoffs with an acknowledge step, pinned support notes, and a knowledge base of strategies that actually worked here.
Summaries, appointment prep and client-friendly update drafts. Every AI suggestion waits for a human to approve it before it goes anywhere.
Support roles range from viewer, who sees only the routine and the “what helps me” guide, through supporter and collaborator, up to admin. Sharing something back with the person is always a separate, deliberate action — and it arrives as plain words.
The separation is not a display preference that could be toggled off by accident. It is enforced in the data layer, in the permission rules, and in the database itself.
Weight, calories, macros, measurements and device readings live on the support side only. The client screens cannot request them, and the database refuses them as well.
Nothing is shared by default. Supporters join with a secure invite code, hold one of four roles, and get permissions switched on one at a time — revocable at any moment.
Who added, edited or shared something is written to an audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted afterwards.
The person being supported can export their own journey — quests, journal, achievements, rewards — as a file they keep, and restore it later.
The whole app is built around forests, mountains and water, in a mixed light and dark palette that stays readable in either mode. Type is generous, tap targets are large, and every colour pairing is contrast-tested, because a support tool that is tiring to read is a support tool nobody opens. Progress is framed as a voyage — growth, resilience, exploration and hope — never as a target to hit.
Nothing is pre-filled and nothing is shared until you say so.
Back to homeMichele’s Modern Voyage is a private personal companion. It is not a medical tool and does not diagnose or treat anything. AI features assist the support team and never replace human judgement or a healthcare professional.
